ACCESS 2 ALL Workshop: "Accessibility in Public Transportation - Barrier - free Travelling for All Citizens"
The project ACCESS 2 ALL aims at defining mobility schemes that ensure Accessibility of Public Transport for all users. The research activities intend to encourage Public Transport operators, belonging to the project target group, to adopt innovative technological concepts and solutions that enable high quality transportation services for all.
The first ACCESS 2 ALL Workshop aims to bring together all stakeholders in the area of the public transport including the special role of mobility impaired (MI) users. It will be held on 29th Sep 2009 in Porto (Portugal).
The workshop’s programme will include presentations by key experts both of the projects’ consortium and of external attendees as well as interactive working groups involving all interested participants.
Due to the common approach on accessibility in both ACCESS 2 ALL and AEGIS all project partners and interested parties are warmly invited to attend the ACCESS 2 ALL Workshop.
